Trampoline Fitness Classes Norwich

Our fitness programs consist of a variety of classes held on the trampoline beds that will get you really energised and make fitness fun!

With 80% less shock and 3 times the work out, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in one session, you do the maths! Altitude Fitness is low-impact, and combines core exercises and strength-building aerobics making it one of the most dynamic, effective and active work outs you can get.

Brilliant for Mums that would like to get back into shape or bootcamp classes for those that want to get sweaty, we cater for all fitness types so no matter your fitness level you’ll find a class that works for you at High Altitude.

Crèche available:

High Altitude CrecheCrèche: We understand how hard it can be to try and get an hour to yourself when you have kids. Some of our sessions offer a creche facility, check the tabs above to find out more.

Cancellation Policy

NEW: Please note we have a new class cancellation policy.

These classes get very busy, therefore we do ask everyone to give at least 48 hours notice prior to cancelling or transferring a booking.

This will enable someone else to take your space. We will not be able to refund any cancellations after that notice period. Thank you for your understanding.

Bounce & Tone (Monday & Tuesday am)

This class is perfect for:

Men and women, especially Mums who would like to get back into kick ass shape! Meet like minded people, get some moral support and get fit and healthy.

Your instructor is Victoria Toone, Ex British Army and British athlete. This is a no pressure 45min HIIT (high intensity interval training) fitness class held on the trampoline court with a qualified advanced personal trainer/postnatal instructor for busy ladies particularly Mums who are looking to shift the baby weight.

High Altitude CrecheCrècheWe understand how hard it can be to try and get an hour to yourself when you have kids. During Bounce and Tone children age 0-7 will be looked after within your view by our team and entertained until you finish your fitness.

Please book your créche places on the day at reception.

Children over 7 are welcome to sit in our viewing gallery/cafe at no cost.

UPBeat! – Latin inspired dance aerobics

This class is perfect for:

Men and women looking to work out and shake what their Mama’s gave them!

Your instructor is Kerry Daniels, qualified in Zumba and exercise to music and dance her classes are Latin inspired dance aerobic workouts with the added twist of being on trampolines.

Passionate about encouraging people to be fit and healthy, Kerry takes music from all around the world and has choreographed fun, calorie burning routines in a fun, party style atmosphere.

No matter your level of fitness, Kerry’s infectious enthusiasm and UPBeat! class will restore your faith that fitness can be fun!

This class is perfect for:

Men and women who are looking to improve their fitness, strength and confidence and blossom into the best physical shape of their lives.

Your instructor is Chris Finn, Ex British Army Royal Anglian Regiment (The Vikings) who during his 14yr armed service trained as an army physical training instructor.

Becoming A Viking – The Benefits

  • Low Impact (unlike other classes this one is on trampolines, this reduces impact by up to 80%. Meaning if you’ve experienced previous injuries or weak joints you will find this exercise more beneficial.
  • Burpees and planking on trampoline challenge. Get a core you’ll adore.
