At High Altitude we take safety very seriously and have implemented several safety measures to minimize the risk to everyone taking part. Believe it or not, trampolining is considered an extreme sport and can be dangerous if precautions aren’t taken, so please read the following and understand our rules. This is maximise the fun you will have and minimize the chances of you becoming injured.

When you come into the park you will see the set of rules and safety guidelines at reception and on the approach to the bounce arena. These rules are designed to keep you and others safe while using the park. There are also guidelines on how to use each activity in the park safely, these can be found throughout the park itself & also by clicking onto the slides on the right hand side. Please read & understand these rules as the court monitors are strict with them to ensure everybody has a fun & safe time with us. There will be court monitors on court during every session, they are there to enforce the rules & anyone found breaking the rules will, in the first instance, be told what they have done but if they continue with the behaviour they will be subject to dismissal from the park & not be able to attend another session for the rest of the day. If someone’s behaviour is deemed extremely dangerous the court monitors & management reserve the right to exclude them from the park with immediate effect.

Before every session a safety brief will take place which everyone has to watch with no exceptions. The safety brief goes through the rules of the park, the safety brief is a 2 minute video followed by one of the staff going more in-depth about how to safely use each area, if you have any questions please feel free to ask them. The safety briefs are tailored to the session you are attending and will differ slightly depending on whether it is a Freestyle session, Parent & Toddler or SEN session.

All equipment is inspected daily by trained staff and all precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury but if something does happen while you’re at the park the majority of staff our first Aid trained with all senior members having under-taken the 3 day Emergency First Aid at work, there will always be someone nearby to help if an injury does occur.

Trampolining is a great way to have some fun, burn some calories and throw some balls at people, but like with any sport accidents can happen. In the last 12 months we’ve had over 50,000 people through our doors and no major incidents, this is down to our highly trained and vigilant staff but we also need you to do your bit to make your stay with us fun and injury free.
