Before every session a safety brief will take place which everyone has to watch with no exceptions. The safety brief goes through the rules of the park, the safety brief is a 2 minute video followed by one of the staff going more in-depth about how to safely use each area, if you have any questions please feel free to ask them. The safety briefs are tailored to the session you are attending and will differ slightly depending on whether it is a Freestyle session, Parent & Toddler or SEN session.
All equipment is inspected daily by trained staff and all precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury but if something does happen while you’re at the park the majority of staff our first Aid trained with all senior members having under-taken the 3 day Emergency First Aid at work, there will always be someone nearby to help if an injury does occur.
Trampolining is a great way to have some fun, burn some calories and throw some balls at people, but like with any sport accidents can happen. In the last 12 months we’ve had over 50,000 people through our doors and no major incidents, this is down to our highly trained and vigilant staff but we also need you to do your bit to make your stay with us fun and injury free.
