Car Parking Information
During the holidays our car park can get very busy as we have limited spaces. We have two options for overflow parking. The Mercure Hotel is a 3min walk away and our customers can park there for free. We also have additional overflow parking at the rear of our building in the evenings and weekends. Signs are in place to direct you where to go. If you are still having trouble, head in and speak to a member of staff who will help. You can also reach us via bus; buses drop at Asda which is just a 5min walk away.

Do I need to book?
We get very busy, especially during holidays. So yes, we recommend that you book online to secure your spaces.  Jump slots are every hour, and to make your experience a brilliant one, we suggest arriving a good 20mins before your slot so you have time for registration and storing your bags, in readiness to watch the safety video. Happy bouncing!
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
We require 14 days notice to provide a refund for cancellations. Any cancellations occurring with less than 14 days’ notice but more than 7 clear days’ notice will be offered a transfer.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to booked jump time to check in and get ready for your session.

What do I wear & are there change rooms available?
We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Preferably tracksuit bottoms and sports tops, girls/ladies should avoid wearing dresses without leggings and loose tops. Our socks with grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping. These are added to your admission fee the first time you visit, and are then yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits. There are no changing rooms on site.
Can I bring my own food?
Due to food health & safety, no self-catering is allowed at the venue. (Excludes birthday party cake.) Our Altitude Lounge offers an extensive great range of fresh hot and cold refreshments. Lounge menu
