Important Party Information:
Are all party people required to complete a waiver?
For insurance purposes, all participants must have a completed and signed waiver. If under 16 years of age this must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 16 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. To speed things up we recommend completing all waivers before you arrive, you can complete your waiver online here and we recommend also completing them for your guests and attaching them to your RSVP invites. Lastly, you can complete your waiver at our waivers stations and at reception on arrival. (Please ensure you arrive in good time to do this.)
Will the party group be supervised?
Your party will be designated your very own Party Starter/High Altitude host plus out on the court your party will be supervised by our experienced court monitors to ensure that the rules are being adhered to and that everyone is as safe as possible. That just leaves you to sit back and watch all the excitement from the viewing gallery, although you’ll probably want to join in all the fun!
What time should my guests arrive for the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive in good time for your party, ideally a good 20-25 minutes beforehand to allow time for parking, registration and general organising of guests.
What should we wear?
We encourage party guests to dress up and have fun! You will be most comfortable in casual clothing that is free of studs. You will be asked to remove any belts during the safety briefing. Bouncing makes you warm so keep that in mind when deciding what to wear.
How soon should I book a party?
Demand for parties during weekends, school holidays and evenings is very high. We take bookings for parties several months in advance (up to 12 months) so we recommend you book your party as soon as you can to avoid missing out on your preferred date and time. Plus, the sooner you organise, the more time you will have to think about the cake! Mmmm, cake.
Important Party Information Cont:
What if I need to cancel my party booking?
Who cancels a party?! We realise sometimes life means things have to change, so our policy allows you to cancel or rearrange your party up to 14 days prior, however please note that your deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the party will still be charged the full amount. We’re here to help and we want you to have a great party so if something comes up simply get in touch.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely! What’s a party without decorations? We do ask that you only bring items which are easy to clear away, ie. no silly string or party poppers please. Balloons, banners, and tableware are all great.
What about party bags?
You are welcome to bring your own, or you will be offered our sweet-filled party bags when booking your party with High Altitude for additional £1.50 each.
What about extra food, can I bring that?
You may bring a super birthday cake or cupcakes. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted due to health and hygiene standards (except for those suffering with medical conditions or food allergies.)
What if party guest numbers change on the actual day?
Ideally we need to know about additional guests at least 7 days prior to your party. We will always do our best to accommodate more guests (space allowing). Unfortunately if less children turn up on the day, this is non-refundable as we will have already allocated the space. Each additional child will be charged the full party package amount (per child) as well as any extras you have requested, which is payable on the day.
Is there somewhere to park?
We have on-site parking, however during busy periods this becomes full quickly, therefore at evenings and weekends we have additional overflow parking at the back of the High Altitude Building (look out for the signs). You can also park on the road outside (please pay attention to parking restrictions and don’t park illegally) and if you’re still struggling for space you can park for free at the nearby Mercure Hotel.
Your safety is our number one priority. Bouncing on trampolines is categorised as an extreme sport and can be dangerous. Familiarise yourself with our safety procedures here.
