Freestyle Trampoline Park Sessions in Norfolk

Oh yeah, it’s freestyle time! This is one of our most popular trampoline park sessions in Norfolk. During these sessions, the court is open to (mostly) anyone. To be invited onto the court during a Freestyle session, you just have to be over four years of age. 

This means that during a Freestyle session, small and big kids, teens, and even adults can jump, flip and skip on the trampolines. It’s not just the trampolines that are open to all: bouncers of any age can also smash through the inflatables, fly high on the airbag jump, and enjoy our other amenities. 

SEN Trampoline Park Sessions in Norfolk

SEN (special educational needs) children and adults are also free to join in the fun with dedicated SEN sessions. Trampolining is great fun for everyone, and it’s also an incredibly healthy activity for all, including SEN jumpers. 

This means that during a Freestyle session, small and big kids, teens, and even adults can jump, flip and skip on the trampolines. When an SEN session is underway, our trampoline court invites a calmer atmosphere – the music is turned down to a lower volume and parents/carers are welcome on the court for free to ensure a comfortable and enriching bounce experience for all our happy bouncers. Plus, only those with special educational needs (and parents/carers) are allowed on the court. 

Jump ‘n’ Lunch Toddler Trampoline Park Sessions

Tots really are spoilt rotten at High Altitude, and we wouldn’t want it any other way! Jump ‘n’ Lunch sessions are one of the few ways toddlers can enjoy a visit to our trampoline park in Norwich. 

If you’re a parent trying to think of a great bonding activity for you and your toddler, then a Jump ‘n’ Lunch session is the perfect idea. The clue’s in the name with this one – both parent and toddler get to engage in some serious bouncing business AND enjoy lunch together. Both the bouncing and lunch are included in the price of your tickets. 

Home Education Trampoline Park Sessions in Norfolk 

Kids of all ages can be home-schooled which is why this session – which is exclusively for home-schooled children – comes with no minimum age limit. So when other children are in school, this is a great opportunity to bring your home-schooled child to ours for a fun trampoline session. 

During home-education trampoline sessions, kids can interact and play with other children who are also home-schooled. Of course, home-schooled children are also welcome to attend our Over 4s, Under 10s and Tots sessions. 

Under 10s Trampoline Park Sessions

You can think of our Under 10s trampoline sessions as the in-between of Over 4s sessions and Tots sessions. These trampoline park sessions are just for jumpers aged from two years old to ten. 

So when visiting an Under 10s session, you can expect to see a mix of younger children all enjoying the trampolines together without having to bounce around bigger kids. Parents and carers are free to aid and assist their children (no bouncing). 

Parent and Toddler Trampoline Park Sessions 

This is our main toddler trampoline session, and so it is dedicated to toddlers and parents only. Visiting our trampoline park in Norfolk during a parent and toddler trampoline park session is a great way for little ones and parents of little ones to interact with one another. 

To join in with this session, Tots have to be aged five and under. With no bigger kids around, your toddler can play with others their own age in a safe and relaxed setting.
