High Altitude

We all know that trampoline parks are great for children, toddlers and even teenagers, but what about adults? Is there even such a thing as an adult trampoline park? Not only is it a thing, but there’s one right here in Norwich – High Altitude! There are actually several ways for adults to enjoy the thrill and comfort of a trampoline park, so we decided to dedicate an entire blog to you parents and carers. Have a quick read-through and bring yourself and the rest of the family down to High Altitude.

Jumping on the Trampolines: Can Adults Go On With Kids?

Yes, at High Altitude, adults can go on the trampolines with their kids. Or if they have a carer, grandparent or adult sibling, they can also go on with kids.

How does it work? Well, at our park, here are some ways adults can go on the trampolines.

During a Freestyle session

The Freestyle Jump sessions at High Altitude are our most popular and most common session. During this jump time, everyone over the age of four (that’s including parents) is allowed on the trampolines and the other amenities – as long as they have purchased a ticket.

During a Toddler Session

We also host toddler sessions for our younger jumpers. As these jumpers may need parental assistance, we encourage parents to join their little ones on the trampolines with our Jump ‘n’ Lunch and Parent and Toddler sessions – discounted timeslots with awesome extras.

Adults can also go on with kids during the SEN and Home Education sessions. To see when these sessions are running, all you need to do is head over to the online timetable.

Hilarious Corporate Events at an Adult Trampoline Park

Most adult trampoline parks offer corporate even hire. This means taking work events to a whole new, hilarious level by having a trampoline park as your group activity. So, if you want to celebrate an upcoming holiday, like Christmas or Halloween, or want to treat your team after a big achievement, or even to build on teamwork, you can do it at an adult trampoline park.

Don’t Want to Bounce? No Problem!

If you want to bring your family to a trampoline park, but you don’t want to bounce yourself and don’t want to be bored, then you may be excited to learn that High Altitude has an on-site café and kitchen. So, while your little ones are busy having a great time, you can relax in our café, which has ample seating. There are also viewing areas where you can sit and watch your family play during their trampoline sessions

Most of our trampoline sessions last one hour, so you won’t be sat for too long, but while you are, it’s a great opportunity to just relax, knowing that your kids are safe and having fun. We consider our café one of the hidden perks at our park because of the quality of what we serve and the number of options we have available, such as main meals like burgers and pizza, cakes and sweet treats, and a great selection of hot drinks.

Planning Your Visit to an Adult Trampoline Park

Before visiting an adult trampoline park, it’s handy to do just a little bit of planning. Firstly, what are you going to wear? We recommend athletic clothing that has a little bit of stretch to it and allows for easier manoeuvrability, such as tracksuit bottoms and sports tops. Women should avoid wearing dresses but if you do wear a dress, you should also wear leggings.

You should also think about why you want to visit an adult trampoline park. For example, if you’re a parent and want to visit with your family so that you can play on the trampolines together as a family, then High Altitude is perfect for you! However, if you’re looking for an adults-only trampoline park, our park is not the best option, but there may be others better suited nearby.

To finish off, here are some quick points that will be handy for you to know if you plan to visit High Altitude:

  • We have free parking on-site, and we’re easy to get to
  • There is food available at our park – you can’t bring your own for H&S reasons
  • You may be able to bounce for less through our term time offers
  • We have memberships available for more affordable, regular fun
  • It’s best to pre-book tickets online before showing up
  • Birthday parties can be hosted here for your kids
