  • Fun for all ages – These places were made for families and for those of all ages to enjoy.

  • More than just trampolines – The modern trampoline park offers so much more than just trampolines.

Inside Trampoline Park to Keep Cool

The last few summers in Norfolk certainly have been hot, which is great for days by the seaside, swimming pools and hours of fun at the local park. But there is such a thing as too hot, and when the weather gets a bit too hot, you’ll need an indoor activity to fall back to.

Exerting too much energy by playing in extreme heat can be dangerous, especially for children.

This is why when those hot summer days come knocking, we’re cranking our air conditioning all the way up. A great benefit of being an inside trampoline park we’re suitable for all weather types. Because – even in summer – it’s nice to escape the sun with some shade and AC.

Norfolk Trampoline Park Party This Summer

Is your child’s birthday in summer? If so, then you’re in luck – your child could be one of the lucky kids who get to experience a trampoline park party

What is a trampoline park party? A party at our Norfolk trampoline park is a more unique type of birthday party where a birthday boy/girl can host their celebration – featuring a banquet, birthday cake, and a whole host of amenities – at a trampoline park.

Whether you want to celebrate your child’s birthday or would like to throw a summer trampoline park party, there are plenty of trampoline park party variations to choose from.

Norfolk Trampoline Parks: Family Fun Indoor Playground

A trampoline park is just like a massive indoor playground, and it’s perfect for families to enjoy together. With our Norfolk trampoline park, we welcome everyone on our court – from toddlers and small children to teens, mums and dads! All ages are welcome.

So, this summer, when you’re searching for a family-friendly activity for everyone to enjoy, a trampoline park is essentially a huge family fun indoor playground!

How do all ages enjoy the trampolines? We break up the day with different trampoline sessions for different age groups. For example, during a Tots Jump ‘n’ Lunch session, the court is reserved for toddlers and parents. And for a Freestyle session, anyone over the age of four can have a turn on the trampolines and the other amenities…which leads us to the next section of this summer jumping guide.

Whoever had the idea to mix trampolines with basketball hoops was a genius! At High Altitude, we have a couple of hoops set up above our trampolines, allowing our jumpers to try their hand at some slam dunks or three-pointers from afar.
